How to buy?
We accept orders only on our website (www.opointshop.com) link is given in our Instagram account’s bio.
Is COD available?
We currently don’t provide COD as we are a small business and can’t afford that facility now.
How many days it takes to deliver an order?
We take 1-3 days to process (packing, dispatching etc) your order and 5-7 days for delivery after that.
You will get the orders within given time period, and we would request you to kindly keep tracking your order.
And reach out to us on contact@opointshop.com in case of any query. We would request you to kindly wait till estimated delivery date before raising any issue with us.
When will i get the tracking??
You will get the tracking via sms and mail as soon as your order is dispatched that is within 3 days.
What if any of our products comes defective?
Our quality control team carefully check all of our products before dispatching, and there is very rare chances of any product coming defective, still if you get a defective product you must raise the issue with us on contact@opointshop.com ( package opening video is mandatory ) to claim that you have got already defective product.
No issue will be entertained without the package opening video.
What i any of our products doesn’t fit you?
We provide exact measurements of all the products to avoid any such situations.we would request you to kindly check measurements properly before placing any order with us.
Why am I not able to find the products that are available on page?
Products get removed from the website as soon as they are sold. products that are available on website are only in stock.
